#Deadline: July 28, 2009.
#Three winners will be selected and announced on July 31, 2009.

Winners will receive the following Prizes:
1st - collectible glass plate with Nadia Russ' NeoPopRealist artwork 'Seasons', estimated value $3,500 (limited edition 1/7. One of plates with this image - lamination on glass - is in art collection of D. Burliuk Foundation, Ukraine);
2nd - $250 (or with its partial equivalent) and series of DELUXE coffee-table books published by Europe leading publishers;
3rd - $100 and complimentary entry to the next NeoPopRealism Starz competition.
